Students no longer register themselves on CamSIS. The Graduation Team will send out emails when you are nearing the end of your programme. This email will contain a form for you to complete which will confirm your interest in registering for the ceremony.
Please ensure your external email address is updated on CamSIS so that you do not miss any correspondence. If you can no longer access CamSIS, a new account can be made here Extended Self Service
PLEASE NOTE: A completed form does not confirm a space at a Graduation. You will be emailed with confirmation from the Graduation Team about 1-2 weeks after the form response time has closed, only then is your space confirmed.
Please do not make travel arrangements or book accommodation until you have had official confirmation of a space at Graduation. St Edmund’s College accepts no losses from cancelled travel/accommodation fees.
Spaces at Graduation are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and have to be capped at a specific number of attendees. This is due to health & safety restraints at the College and the maximum capacity of graduands that can be in Senate House.
