The timetable for the day of the Graduation will not be released until 2 weeks before the ceremony. You will receive an email from the Graduation Team once this has been finalised.
ON THE DAY
You will be invited to the College Drinks Reception which will take place a couple of hours before your graduation session at Senate House. There will be a Photographer available at the College, drinks and food for you and your guests and a Dress Rehearsal to ensure you know the procedure once at Senate House.
After the Dress Rehearsal, graduands are lined up in their procession order and then begin the walk to Senate House led by the Praelector.
Once you have arrived at Senate House, the Praelector will check graduands gowns and hoods, you will then make your way into Senate House to have your degree conferred.
Degree Certificates are handed to you as you make your way out of Senate House, after the degree conferral. (Transcripts are posted to the College after the ceremony and then mailed to students, you will receive an email from the Graduation team asking for your mailing address) Photographs and celebrations take place in Senate House Yard.
